Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.
• Near Expiration Date: We carefully select products with ample shelf life. However, if you receive an item with less than 20% of its shelf life remaining, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the same item with a longer expiry date.
• Damaged or Defective: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange, including original shipping costs.

Ineligible for Return:

• Unopened Items: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for unopened food items. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order.
• Opened Items: Once an item is opened, we cannot accept returns due to potential contamination or tampering.
• Issues After Consumption: We are not responsible for any issues arising after an item has been consumed.
