Please read them carefully before placing any retail or wholesale order across the United Arab Emirates.

1. General Overview & Scope

AN Wholesale Foodstuff Trading operates as a specialized wholesale and retail supplier of premium food and beverage products, including gourmet coffee beans, Takis snacks, confectionery, and Korean bites, based at Shop No. 2, Al Zarooni Building, Al Ahmadiya St, Al Ras, Dubai, UAE. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Wholesale Terms

  • Pricing: All product prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Wholesale discount tiers and bulk pricing apply as displayed on individual product pages.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bulk order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or failure to meet commercial verification checks.

3. Delivery and Shipping Policies

We deliver across all seven Emirates. Free delivery applies on all orders over 280 AED. For orders under 280 AED, delivery charges are: Dubai 20 AED; Ajman & Sharjah 25 AED; Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain 35 AED; Abu Dhabi 40 AED. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (weekdays); Express Same-Day Delivery is available for an additional 10 AED. Full details are available on our Delivery page. Customers are required to inspect shipments upon arrival.

4. Returns, Claims, and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of foodstuff and confectionery items, returns are strictly managed according to our Return Policy. Any discrepancies, damages, or claims regarding bulk shipments must be reported immediately upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, high-resolution imagery, brand logos, and layout designs, is the property of AN Wholesale Foodstuff Trading and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
