Overview

At Ajmal Noor Foodstuff Trading, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund conditions below before placing an order.
Inspection at Time of Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the order at the time of delivery. Please check that:
The product(s) received match what was ordered
The packaging is not damaged or tampered with
The expiry date is valid and acceptable
Any issues must be reported immediately, at the time of delivery, before accepting the order. Ajmal Noor Foodstuff Trading is not responsible for any damage, incorrect items, or expiry concerns reported after the delivery has been accepted.

Standard Orders

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the product was reported as damaged, incorrect, or near/past expiry at the time of delivery, as outlined above. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Large Quantity / Wholesale Orders

Due to the nature of bulk and wholesale orders, returns are not accepted except when the issue is identified and reported at the time of delivery:

The product is damaged or broken
The product is near or past its expiry date
The product delivered does not match the order
These exceptions represent the customer’s right and will be honored with a replacement or refund after verification.
Opened Products
Any product that has been opened will not be accepted for return and is non-refundable, regardless of order size, unless the issue was already reported at the time of delivery and falls under the exceptions above.
 

Return Method and Cost:

Once a return is approved under the exceptions above,

we will arrange the return of the item at no cost to the customer. Customers should not ship items back independently unless instructed.

How to Request a Return
Customers must report any issue at the time of delivery, or within 7 days for standard orders, by contacting us at ajmalfoodstuff.ae@gmail.com or +971 50 457 4735 with:
Order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For orders paid via advance/down payment, refunds will be issued after deducting any non-refundable processing costs, if applicable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Ajmalfoodstuff.ae@gmail.com

Ineligible for Return

  • Unopened Items: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for unopened food items. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order.
  • Opened Items: Once an item is opened, we cannot accept returns due to potential contamination or tampering.
  • Issues After Consumption: We are not responsible for any issues arising after an item has been consumed.
