Ajmal Noor distributes (does not manufacture) food and beverage items. Returns are limited to prevent waste and ensure safety—only unopened products qualify.
Eligibility:
Food/Beverages: Unopened items within 7 days of delivery (strict due to perishability). Must be in original packaging, unused, and not expired.
General (Non-Food): Unopened within 30 days.
Exceptions (All Items): Wrong item, damaged/broken (with photos), or near expiry (≤7 days from receipt—notify immediately). Opened items ineligible for hygiene reasons.
Process: Email [email protected]. with order number/photos. Free return label via mail/drop-off. Return to us (not branches).
Refund Time: Within 5 business days of receipt, via original payment.
Exceptions: No returns for opened perishables, personalized/sale items. Shipping non-refundable unless our error. No restocking fees.
Exchanges: Allowed for eligible unopened items/exceptions within window; equal/lesser value.
Currency: AED (auto-converted).
Compliance: Aligns with UAE Law No. 15/2020; applies UAE

- Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Near Expiration Date: We carefully select products with ample shelf life. However, if you receive an item with less than 20% of its shelf life remaining, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the same item with a longer expiry date.
- Damaged or Defective: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange, including original shipping costs.
Ineligible for Return:
- Unopened Items: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for unopened food items. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order.
- Opened Items: Once an item is opened, we cannot accept returns due to potential contamination or tampering.
- Issues After Consumption: We are not responsible for any issues arising after an item has been consumed.
